Text Box: Upon graduation with a degree in Political Science and a minor in History - Daniel continued his commitment to public service as Chief of Staff to State Representative Glenda Kelly. Then in 1998, Daniel accepted a position in the Office of Secretary of State Rebecca McDowell Cook, as an Election Specialist. Daniel continued to work in the Elections Division in 2001 until accepting a position with the Missouri Department of Labor and Industrial Relations working in the Legislative Affairs unit. In August of 2006 Daniel moved to Arlington, Virginia to accept his current position with the United States Department of Labor. 
In addition to Daniel's involvement in IAWP, he is an active member of the American Federation of Government Employees - Local 12 serving as a union steward, and as a member of the Labor Management Relations Committee for ETA.  Daniel also serves his local community through his service as the Vice-President of the Arlington Gay & Lesbian Alliance, and as a member of the Arlington County Equal Employment Opportunity Advisory Commission.

Text Box: Dale started at the DOL at the Bureau of Labor Statistics (BLS) in 1983. Dale has been affiliated with the United Auto Workers (UAW), United Food and Commercial Workers (UFCW), and the American Federation of Government Employees (AFGE). 
He graduated from Indiana University in Bloomington, In. and received his Masters degree from Wayne State University in Detroit, MI and John’s Hopkins University in Baltimore, Md. 
Dale has joined the fight for justice, fairness and the respect for all employees in the Department of Labor.

Text Box: Frank Gallo has worked at DOL’s Employment and Training Administration since September 2009.  Previous workplaces include the U.S. Congressional Office of Technology Assessment, U.S. National Skill Standards Board, and George Washington University.  He worked at the American Federation of State, County and Municipal Employees (AFSCME) Local 1363 in Miami, Florida as the resident staff writer, and authored the Local’s newsletter as well as a “Know Your Rights” series of flyers which attempted to make the contract’s provisions more accessible and useful to the members.  
Frank has authored several books and many reports, and his areas of expertise include  labor relations, job training (public and private); workforce statistics; education (preschool to postsecondary), literacy, skill standards, industry studies, technology and employment, productivity, unemployment insurance, taxation and work, contingent work, labor shortages, capital investment, poverty, welfare, social programs, family trends and policies, subsidized employment.  He was educated at the State University of New York’s Binghamton University.
