Text Box: Tina graduated from North Carolina A&T State University with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration in 1987. After floating from job to job, She landed a position as a claims examiner with the Division of Federal Employees Compensation in 1994.  While working for DFEC at District 25, she joined the union.  
In 2003, Tina was promoted to a policy analyst with the Division of Energy Employees Occupational Illness Compensation. She also linked up with a friend who is a very active union steward. Under her influence, Tina rejoined the union in 2007 and became a steward in 2009.  Currently Tina is on the committee negotiating with management for the ground rules.

Text Box: Milton started at the DOL in June, 2000 in the Wage and Hour Division of ESA. 
He joined the Union in 2001 after he became a permanent employee.
Milton went to Lansdowne Senior High School in Baltimore County, Maryland.
Milton has been a member of the United Steel Workers of America and a Maryland bottle/glass blowers union.
Milton would like to help Local 12 see to the enforcement of the contract, the safety of the employees and the securing of other benefits for workers.
Milton and his wife come from a family of  workers, (Milton’s wife’s mother was a Shop Steward in the NY clothing industry), He and his wife fully support unions and rights of workers.

Bernard graduated from The University of Maryland in College Park, Maryland. 
Bernard would like to create a environment for workers that is conductive to them receiving fair wages to support their families, prompt promotions and opportunities to enhance their professional development.

Text Box: Upon graduation with a degree in Political Science and a minor in History - Daniel continued his commitment to public service as Chief of Staff to State Representative Glenda Kelly. Then in 1998, Daniel accepted a position in the Office of Secretary of State Rebecca McDowell Cook, as an Election Specialist. Daniel continued to work in the Elections Division in 2001 until accepting a position with the Missouri Department of Labor and Industrial Relations working in the Legislative Affairs unit. In August of 2006 Daniel moved to Arlington, Virginia to accept his current position with the United States Department of Labor. 
In addition to Daniel's involvement in IAWP, he is an active member of the American Federation of Government Employees - Local 12 serving as a union steward, and as a member of the Labor Management Relations Committee for ETA.  Daniel also serves his local community through his service as the Vice-President of the Arlington Gay & Lesbian Alliance, and as a member of the Arlington County Equal Employment Opportunity Advisory Commission.
